A message dated May 6, 2006, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 399(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                    
for consideration:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 399(STA)                                                   
     "An Act establishing the office of elder fraud and assistance; and                             
     relating to fraud involving older Alaskans."
